FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Treasure Coast SCORE Adds New CounselorSeptember 22, 2003 -- The Treasure Coast Chapter of SCORE is pleased to announce the addition of Duane Weise to its growing staff of volunteer business counselors. Duane is a retired business manager with over 35 years of experience in engineering and construction.
In addition Duane has been a SCORE counselor for several years in Atlanta before moving to the Treasure Coast.
Duane holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Cincinnati, a Master’s Degree from Syracuse University and an MBA from The University of Chicago.
Duane and his wife Jane reside in Vero Beach.
Treasure Coast SCORE counselors have direct experience in business start-ups, manufacturing, high technology, insurance, public relations, printing, legal, banking, finance, tax, distribution, information technology, materials, engineering, construction, sales & marketing, specialty retailing, acquisitions, turnarounds and divestitures.
SCORE Chapter 308, has its main office in Fort Pierce and satellite offices in Vero Beach and Sebastian.
SCORE provides no-cost, confidential business counseling with expertise in a wealth of business and business-related areas. SCORE Chapter 308 is a resource partner with the Small Business Administration and covers Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Glades and Okeechobee Counties on the Treasure Coast.
